What a Day

Thank you to everyone who came out to Fenland Airfield on Sunday for Wings & Wheels 2026. The weather held, the cars stretched the length of the runway, and the airfield was busier than we have ever seen it.

Thank you as well to every exhibitor who brought an aircraft or a vehicle, every trader who set up a stall, and above all to the volunteers who set the site up the day before in the rain, marshalled the fields, ran the gate, and cleared up long after the last visitor had gone. None of it happens without them.

The Hurricane Came

The Royal Air Force sent the Battle of Britain Memorial Flight's Hawker Hurricane over Fenland Airfield, and for a few minutes on Sunday afternoon the whole showground stopped and looked up.

Our thanks to the RAF and to the BBMF for supporting the event.
